Process of making

REQUIRED ITEMS
Pearl Millet powder 4 Tea
spoons
Salt As required
Pepper Very little
Cumin seeds powder 1 Tea spoon
Curd 100 grams
Coriander leaves Small cup
Ginger 1 small piece
Green chilly Small (If necessary)
Water 400 ML

PROCESS OF MAKING

Add 400 ml of water in a vessel and to boil nicely on a stove. In another cup add cold water and add four spoons of floor and make it in thin and to keep. While water is rolling then add this millets powder and stir it with a spoon.

Reduce the flame and cook it. After got cooked keep it aside and see that it got cool. After becoming fully cool add stirred curd in it, little pepper powder and add tea spoon cumin seeds powder to it. Add to it cut ginger, thin cut coriander leaves, green chilli and salt mix it equally. This porridge is ready and during summer this will make body cool and give strength. If prepared as per the measurements two members can have it nicely.
