Process of making

By Telugu foods in Hot Popcorn Recepie

Popcorn 100 grams
Peanuts One handful
Dal 10 grams
Mustard Seeds 1 Table spoon
Garlic 10 pieces
Dry Mirchi 3
Salt To taste
Turmeric powder 1 Tea spoon
Curry leaves 3 Pods
Oil 4 spoons
Lime Half


On the pan add oil and after boiling well initially fry peanuts, dals and to get taste add garlic. Also, add dry chilli, curry leaves, mustard seeds, salt, turmeric powder and see that are cooked properly, then switch off the stove and squeeze lime in it.

Then add popcorn in it and mix well. After heat got reduced to it can be stored in a box and see that the box is air tight. This can be stored for a minimum of 20 days.
