Rice of foxtail millet and little millet to fry it separately and all the fried items along with millet popcorn, pulses and make it in the form of flour. This can be stored for 3 months.

Process of making

Foxtail Millet powder 250 gram
Black gram 55 grams
Pulses 30 grams
Oil 500 grams
Cumin Seeds 5 grams
Hot As required
Salt As required


Initially fry black gram nicely. Foxtail Millet Powder and fried black gram and other pulses and cumin seeds and salt to mix it on one side and to it chilli powder or green chilli paste as required to be mix it.

Take one spoonful of hot oil and mix properly. Then by adding water to it make it strong. Then on the pan add oil and after boiled, then, this floor can by pressing in the form of chakilalu in the oil. To be in medium flame and fry it to get crusty and this can be stored in a box with air tight for one month.
