Rice of foxtail millet and little millet to fry it separately and all the fried items along with millet popcorn, pulses and make it in the form of flour. This can be stored for 3 months.

Process of making

Foxtail Millet rice 25 grams
Little Millet rice 25 grams
Kodo Millet rice 25 grams
Millet popcorn 13 grams
Pulses 25 grams
Cardamom 10 grams
Jaggery 100 grams


Add 400 ml of water in a vessel and to boil nicely on a stove. In a cup take 100 ml of cold water. In it add three table spoons powder of millets and to it see it is not formed like balls. This is to be added in the hot water and mix it.

Take one spoonful of hot oil and mix properly. Then by adding water to it make it strong. Then on the pan add oil and after boiled, then, this floor can by pressing in the form of chakilalu in the oil. To be in medium flame and fry it to get crusty and this can be stored in a box with air tight for one month.
